YSD Weddings & Events by Annette Bravo is a boutique planning & design company. Launched in 2008, Annette opened with over fifteen-years of experience, six-years being in the special event industry working in the fine linen rental business. Her love of 'The Art of Entertaining' came early on from her mother, Mary Louise who made Octopus for friends in Detroit, and her aunt, Shirley Domin who served as Art Director at her Grosse Point Country Club and would create an exquisite home and every table-setting as glamorous and elegant as one from the the MGM's 1933 film "Dinner At Eight". Watching her father, Tom Bruske build their home on Long Lake from the framework to the landscaping ignited a passion for creating beautiful spaces! The desire to help others create memorable events come from that joy you feel when sharing a meal with your loved ones.
